笔墨丹青·珍爱和平 --国际和平艺术推选人物马英杰

马英杰,1942年生,河北卢龙人。1965年加入中国共产党,1966年大学毕业。退休前任河北师范大学党委副书记丶教授。工作期间,曾被评为河北省有突出贡献的中青年专家。

自幼爱好书法,退休后专攻书法。结业于中国书法家协会培训中心,作品参加韩国等五国巡展。应邀参加美国玛雅艺术节,书法作品获奖。

现为国家一级美术师,中国珍藏级艺术家,非遗文化传承人,中国传统文化代言人,国宝级艺术大师,中华人民共和国书法大家,国际艺术名家。获中国文联颁发的“中国书画终身成就奖”,并授予“2024中国文学艺术界文化品牌人物”、“中华文化全球推广大使”称号。作品入选威尼斯双年展,入编《中国新时代艺坛楷模》、《世界文艺桂冠大典》等。《联合国文化艺术勋章》获得者。2024年9月份两幅作品入展亚太甄选平台同时参与竞拍。同年9月份被评为“国际和平艺术家”并通过国际媒体发布新闻。

Ma Yingjie, born in 1942, is a native of Lulong, Hebei. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1965 and graduated from university in 1966. Before retirement, he served as the Deputy Party Secretary and professor at Hebei Normal University. During his career, he was recognized as a “Young and Middle-aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions” in Hebei Province.

From a young age, Ma had a passion for calligraphy, and after retirement, he specialized in the art. He completed his studies at the Training Center of the China Calligraphers Association, and his works have been exhibited in tours across five countries, including South Korea. He was invited to participate in the Maya Art Festival in the United States, where his calligraphy works received awards.

Ma Yingjie currently holds several prestigious titles, including National First-Class Artist, National Treasure-Level Art Master, Preserver of Intangible Cultural Heritage, Chinese Traditional Culture Spokesperson, Master Calligrapher of the People’s Republic of China, and International Renowned Artist. He has been awarded the “Lifetime Achievement Award in Chinese Painting and Calligraphy” by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and has been honored with the titles of “2024 Chinese Cultural Brand Figure” and “Global Ambassador for Promoting Chinese Culture.” His works have been selected for the Venice Biennale and included in publications such as Models of the New Era in Chinese Art and World Art Laureates. He is also a recipient of the UN Medal for Culture and Art. In September 2024, two of his works were selected for exhibition and auction on the Asia-Pacific Selection Platform. That same month, he was named an “International Artist for Peace,” with the announcement made through international media.
