中非非遗互鉴 共筑文明未来国际非遗产业共建洽谈会

6月6日下午，大使会客厅通州示范营地（马捌家·运河仙草乐园）——国际非遗产业共建洽谈会顺利举办。本次活动由北京非遗传承文化传播工作委员会指导、大使会客厅通州服务站运营中心示范营地--马捌家·运河仙草乐园主办，加纳、斯里兰卡、坦桑尼亚三国文化代表团齐聚现场，围绕非遗交流、文旅融合与跨国产业协作展开深入洽谈。

本次会议由联合国教科文组织世界非物质文化遗产保护发展中心副秘书长、世界非遗国际传播大使刘爽主持。园区创始人马淼全程列席，统筹对接全部国际合作相关事宜。刘爽女士阐释了2026中非人文交流年的深远意义，并发布园区两大年度重磅活动：9月国际文化交流生活季、10月世界非遗名录评选暨全球发布盛典。园区同时出台海外非遗专项扶持政策：海外非遗业态可免费入驻，采用收益分成合作模式，并配套全链条运营扶持资源。

各国外宾代表向刘爽女士履新任职致以祝贺，充分认可园区国际化交流平台优势，明确表示将参与园区两大年度重磅活动。各方均承诺引入本国民俗文化、非遗演艺与特色餐饮业态，搭建长期稳定的多边合作机制。本次洽谈会高效完成多国跨境产业对接，为全球非遗协同发展、文明互鉴交融筑牢坚实基础。

Mutual Learning Between Chinese and African Intangible Cultural Heritage, Jointly Building a Promising Civilizational Future

Negotiation Conference on Co-construction of International Intangible Cultural Heritage Industries

On the afternoon of June 6, the Negotiation Conference on International Intangible Cultural Heritage Industrial Co-construction was successfully held at the Tongzhou Demonstration Camp of the Ambassador Reception Hall (Maba Family Canal Immortal Grass Paradise). Guided by the Ambassador Reception Hall Tongzhou Operation Center and hosted by Maba Family Canal Immortal Grass Paradise, the event gathered cultural delegations from Ghana, Sri Lanka and Tanzania to boost intangible heritage exchange, cultural-tourism integration and transnational industrial collaboration.

Hosted by Ms. Liu Shuang, Deputy Secretary-General of the UNESCO World Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection and Development Center and World Ambassador for International Communication of Intangible Cultural Heritage, the conference was fully attended by Ms. Ma Miao, Founder of the park, who coordinated international cooperation throughout the session.

Ms. Liu Shuang elaborated on the significance of the 2026 China-Africa Year of People-to-People and Cultural Exchanges and unveiled two flagship annual events of the park: the September International Cultural Exchange Season and the October World Intangible Cultural Heritage Selection and Global Release Ceremony. The park also rolled out a supportive policy for overseas intangible cultural heritage programs, which allows overseas heritage businesses to settle in free of charge under a revenue-sharing model, alongside full-spectrum operational support.

Foreign delegates congratulated Ms. Liu Shuang on her appointment, affirmed the park’s international platform strength, and confirmed participation in major annual events. All parties pledged to introduce local folk culture, heritage performances and featured catering to establish steady multilateral cooperation. The conference effectively advanced cross-border industrial docking, laying a solid foundation for global intangible heritage co-development and civilizational mutual learning.
