加纳 古巴国际参访团走进大使会客厅北京通州区运营中心示范营地(世界非遗点茶工坊) 共启中华非遗国际化传承新篇

为深化中外人文交流，拓宽中华优秀传统文化国际传播路径，推动非物质文化遗产创新发展，赋能地方文旅对外合作提质升级，6月12日至13日，加纳、古巴国际参访团走进大使会客厅北京通州区运营中心示范营地(世界非遗点茶工坊)，开展跨国非遗研学与文明互鉴交流活动。本次活动由世界非遗国际传播大使、中国数字非遗课题组专家、北京非遗传承文化传播工作委员会主任、大使会客厅北京通州区服务站站长、世界非遗点茶工坊创始人刘爽女士统筹策划、专项邀请并全程组织实施。

6月12日傍晚，参访团入驻园区，沉浸式体验星空帐篷特色旅居业态，实地观摩通州区乡村文旅融合创新发展成果，了解乡村文旅国际化发展新模式。刘爽女士与马捌家创始人马淼女士全程陪同，带领外宾考察园区文旅业态布局、非遗体验场景及国际交流配套设施。

6月13日，活动进入核心非遗研学环节。参访团走进世界非遗点茶工坊，深度体验古法茶粉制作、宋代点茶等千年非遗技艺。工坊创始人刘爽女士系统阐释宋代茶文化历史底蕴，梳理宋代茶文化发展脉络，专业解读《大观茶论之七汤点茶法》及古法手工茶粉制作正统技艺体系。

在外籍嘉宾亲手实操体验的过程中，大家深切感受中国千年非遗技艺——宋代点茶的雅致魅力，高度认可中华非遗文化的深厚底蕴与匠心传承，并纷纷主动申请拜师研习正统宋代点茶技艺。活动现场，刘爽大使正式收纳六位国际友人成为非遗师承弟子，圆满实现宋代点茶技艺跨国师承传承，为中华非遗海外传播夯实人才根基。

据悉，世界非遗点茶工坊将常态化开设师承弟子班与国际专项研修班，面向全球招生，由刘爽大使亲授正统古法技艺，以标准化教学体系持续推进非遗国际化传承。本次跨国交流有效促进中外文明互鉴，显著提升通州非遗文旅品牌国际影响力。未来，工坊将持续深耕国际人文交流，常态化开展国际研学、非遗展演与海外师承传承活动，持续讲好中国非遗故事，助力中华优秀传统文化走向世界。活动现场，刘爽大使正式收纳六位国际友人  David Wilson大卫、Richard Smith瑞查德、Patricia立夏、Rosangela墨丽娜、Lazara Yailin拉萨拉·亚林。

Ghanaian and Cuban Delegates Visit World Intangible Cultural Heritage Tea Whisking Workshop, Demonstration Site of Ambassador Reception Hall Tongzhou Service Center in Beijing, Opening a New Chapter for International Inheritance of Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage

To deepen people-to-people exchanges between China and foreign countries, broaden international communication channels for fine traditional Chinese culture, boost innovative development of intangible cultural heritage (ICH), and elevate foreign cooperation of local cultural tourism, the Ghanaian and Cuban international visiting delegation paid a visit to the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Tea Whisking Workshop, the Tongzhou Service Center of Ambassador Reception Hall in Beijing from June 12 to 13 for cross-border ICH study tours and exchanges featuring mutual learning among civilizations. This event was comprehensively planned, specially invited and fully organized by Ms. Liu Shuang, Deputy Secretary-General of UNESCO World Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection and Development Center and Ambassador for Global Communication of World Intangible Cultural Heritage.

On the evening of June 12, the delegation checked into the camp and experienced distinctive starry sky tent accommodation in an immersive way. They inspected innovative achievements of integrated rural cultural tourism development in Tongzhou District and learned new international development models for rural cultural tourism. Accompanied throughout the visit by Ms. Liu Shuang and Ms. Ma Miao, founder of Mabajia Paradise, foreign guests inspected the camp’s cultural tourism layout, ICH experience areas and supporting facilities for international exchanges.

June 13 marked the core ICH study session. Delegates gathered at the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Tea Whisking Workshop to experience age-old craftsmanship including ancient tea powder preparation and Song-dynasty tea whisking. As founder of the workshop, Ms. Liu Shuang elaborated on the historical origins and evolution of Song Dynasty tea culture, and professionally interpreted the Seven-Step Tea Whisking Method from Treatise on Tea as well as the orthodox techniques of handmade ancient tea powder production.

During hands-on practice, foreign guests deeply appreciated the elegant charm of Song-dynasty tea whisking, the millennia-old Chinese ICH craft. They highly acknowledged the profound heritage and craftsman spirit of Chinese ICH culture, and many voluntarily applied to learn orthodox Song-style tea whisking under formal apprenticeship. At the event site, Ambassador Liu Shuang formally accepted six international guests as her disciples: David Wilson, Richard Smith, Patricia, Rosangela and Lazara Yailin. This realized cross-border apprenticeship inheritance of Song-dynasty tea whisking techniques and consolidated talent reserves for overseas promotion of Chinese intangible cultural heritage.

It is reported that the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Tea Whisking Workshop will regularly launch apprenticeship training courses and special international study programs open to global learners, with Ambassador Liu Shuang personally teaching authentic ancient techniques to advance international inheritance of ICH via standardized teaching systems. This cross-cultural exchange has effectively promoted mutual learning between Chinese and foreign civilizations and greatly lifted the international reputation of Tongzhou’s ICH and cultural tourism brand. Moving forward, the workshop will keep focusing on international people-to-people exchanges, regularly host overseas study tours, ICH performances and international apprenticeship inheritance activities, vividly tell stories of Chinese intangible heritage, and help excellent traditional Chinese culture go global.
