文明互鉴传雅韵 非遗出海启新程——加纳、古巴代表团到访大使会客厅北京通州区运营中心示范营地（世界非遗点茶工坊）开展非遗深度交流活动

依托2026中非人文交流年契机，6月12日至13日，加纳、古巴两国文化代表团莅临北京非遗传承文化传播工作委员会（下设部门：大使会客厅北京通州区运营中心示范营地——世界非遗点茶工坊），开展跨国非遗研学、技艺体验、师徒传承与产业洽谈系列交流活动。本次活动由世界非遗国际传播大使、北京非遗传承文化传播工作委员会主任刘爽女士统筹主持，营地品牌创始人马淼全程陪同接待，以多维度文明对话，助力中华非遗文化走向世界。

活动期间，代表团实地考察营地文旅业态，体验特色星空帐篷旅居场景，观摩乡村文旅创新融合发展成果，沉浸式参与宋代点茶研习、中医砭石康养、国风素食品鉴、清代宫廷火锅、新式国潮饮品等特色体验项目，并出席全球非遗产业共建发展论坛、参与国际非遗拜师仪式，形成成果丰硕的常态化国际交流。

核心非遗展演环节，刘爽大使完整演绎正统《大观茶论之七汤点茶法》，系统展示碾茶、筛粉、注水、击拂、成纹全套古法工序，详解宋代点茶千年历史文脉与东方生活美学，精湛正统的非遗技艺收获外籍嘉宾一致赞叹。现场隆重举行国际非遗拜师仪式，六位海外嘉宾正式拜入师门，成为宋代点茶国际传承弟子，实现正统宋茶技艺规范化、标准化跨境传承。未来，营地将常态化开设全球研修班与国际传承课程，持续推动中国茶非遗全球活态传播。

活动特邀世界卫生组织传统医学科学院秘书长金秀莲开展砭石微针贴敷非遗康养体验，通过专业理论讲解与一对一实操体验，让外宾直观感受中医非遗的养生价值与文化底蕴。饮食交流中，代表团品鉴中式康养素食与宫廷特色火锅，古巴嘉宾现场调制本土特色饮品，中外风味交融碰撞，进一步深化双边民间友好情谊。

Ghanaian and Cuban Delegates Complete ICH Exchange Visit in Beijing

Against the backdrop of the 2026 China-Africa Year of People-to-People Exchanges, cultural delegations from Ghana and Cuba conducted a two-day immersive intangible cultural heritage exchange in Tongzhou, Beijing on June 12–13 at the Ambassador’s Reception Hall Tongzhou Operation Center Demonstration Camp & World ICH Whisked Tea Workshop.

Organized by Liu Shuang, Deputy Secretary-General of UNESCO World ICH Protection and Development Center and Global ICH Communication Ambassador, and received by Ma Miao, the event integrated skill demonstration, health experience, catering culture appreciation and international industry forum.

Liu Shuang demonstrated the orthodox Seven-Step Tea Whisking Method from Treatise on Tea, presenting the full traditional procedures of Song Dynasty tea art. Six overseas participants formally became disciples for the standardized cross-border inheritance of whisked tea craft. Jin Xiulian delivered a practical experience of bian-stone micro-needle therapy, showcasing the essence of traditional Chinese medicinal heritage.  Delegates experienced Chinese health-preserving vegetarian cuisine and Qing Dynasty imperial hot pot, and appreciated innovative Chinese-style fermented fruit drinks, gaining in-depth understanding of oriental dietary philosophy and modern cultural innovation.

The Forum on Global ICH Industrial Co-development was held onsite. Liu Shuang announced two annual global events: the Global ICH Cultural Exchange Season in September and Global Outstanding ICH Selection in October, alongside supportive policies for overseas heritage projects to settle locally. Delegates shared national ICH resources, reached cooperation intentions, and confirmed the settlement of Cuban traditional dance heritage project at the camp.  The activity deepened people-to-people friendship and cross-cultural communication. Going forward, the camp will carry out regular international training and exchanges, advance global living inheritance of Chinese ICH and promote mutual learning of world civilizations.

论坛现场，刘爽大使发布两大年度国际重磅活动，即九月全球非遗文化交流季、十月全球优秀非遗项目遴选活动，并推出海外非遗项目零门槛入驻、场地配套、官方宣推等扶持政策。加纳、古巴代表团积极响应合作规划，确认长期参与国际交流活动，并达成重要成果，古巴传统舞蹈非遗项目正式落地基地。

下一步，大使会客厅北京通州区运营中心示范营地(世界非遗点茶工坊)，将持续深耕非遗国际传播，完善海外人才培育体系，常态化开展跨国研学、技艺传承与产业合作，持续讲好中国非遗故事，助力全球文明互鉴、共生繁荣。
