国际官宣 联合国教科文组织世界非物质文化遗产保护发展中心正式任命刘爽为中心副秘书长

Official Announcement: Liu Shuang Appointed Deputy Secretary-General of CHPDC under UNESCO

近日，世界非物质文化遗产保护发展中心（CHPDC）依据联合国教科文组织工作体系正式签发任命文件，兹任命刘爽女士为世界非物质文化遗产保护发展中心副秘书长。本次任命于2026年5月26日正式生效，授权有效期一年。

世界非物质文化遗产保护发展中心（CHPDC）隶属联合国教科文组织文化保护体系，主要承担全球非物质文化遗产保护、传承认证、数字化建档、人才遴选及国际文化交流等职能，是推动世界非遗标准化保护与国际化传播的权威机构。

根据官方授权，刘爽女士任职期间主要负责中心会员招收与管理、非遗传承人的评选与招募、世界数字非遗资源入库建设、世界非遗传承人资质官方存档与认证、对外事务协调以及各类官方文件签署等核心工作。

此次任命进一步完善了中心组织架构与业务体系，强化了全球非遗人才培育、数字化保护及国际合作工作力量。未来，刘爽女士将立足岗位、履职尽责，积极推动非遗文化活态传承、数字化留存与规范化认证工作，持续搭建国际非遗交流合作平台，助力全球非物质文化遗产保护事业高质量发展。

Recently, the Centre de Protection et de Développement du Patrimoine Culturel Immatériel (CHPDC) under UNESCO has officially issued an official appointment. Ms. Liu Shuang is formally appointed as Deputy Secretary-General of the Centre de Protection et de Développement du Patrimoine Culturel Immatériel (CHPDC). The appointment takes effect on May 26, 2026, and is valid for one year.

As an official institution under the UNESCO cultural framework, CHPDC commits to the global protection, inheritance, digital archiving, talent selection and international communication of intangible cultural heritage worldwide.  During her term of office, Ms. Liu Shuang will be responsible for core institutional work, including membership recruitment and management, selection and enrollment of intangible cultural heritage inheritors, global digital intangible cultural heritage database entry, official filing and qualification certification of heritage inheritors, external institutional coordination, and official document endorsement.

This appointment further optimizes the institutional operation and professional team building of CHPDC, strengthening global heritage talent cultivation, digital preservation and international cultural cooperation.  In the future, Ms. Liu Shuang will perform her duties faithfully, promote the dynamic inheritance and standardized certification of global intangible cultural heritage, build international platforms for cultural exchange, and contribute to the high-quality development of global intangible cultural heritage protection.
