2025年12月5日，罗马尼亚前总理交流论坛在北京举办，罗马尼亚前总理彼得·罗曼（Petre Roman）出席开幕式并致辞。北京非遗传承文化传播工作委员会主席刘爽作为特邀嘉宾，以“让世界看见东方之美——中国非遗的当代实践与国际对话”为题发表主旨演讲。

刘爽在本次论坛主旨演讲中，分享了中国非遗走向世界的“三重构建”路径：以“活态传承”筑牢根基，让传统技艺在当代社会焕发蓬勃生机；以“创新表达”搭建桥梁，用跨文化可感知的方式打破沟通壁垒；以“平台赋能”提供支撑，为非遗国际传播注入规模化动力。

此次论坛以非遗为载体，不仅延续了中罗两国深厚的文化情谊，更为全球文明互鉴提供了生动实践。未来，刘爽将继续深耕非遗国际传播领域，携手各国伙伴，让非遗成为跨越国界的文明纽带，注入源源不断的文化力量。

On December 5, 2025, the Forum on Exchange with the Former Prime Minister of Romania was held in Beijing. Petre Roman, former Prime Minister of Romania, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. As a special guest, Liu Shuang, Chairman of Beijing Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance and Communication Working Committee, delivered a keynote address themed "Let the World Witness the Beauty of the East – Contemporary Practice and International Dialogue of Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH)".

In her keynote speech at the forum, Liu Shuang shared the "threefold construction" path for Chinese ICH to go global: consolidating the foundation through "living inheritance" to endow traditional crafts with vigorous vitality in contemporary society; building bridges via "innovative expression" to break communication barriers in a cross-culturally perceptible way; and providing support through "platform empowerment" to inject large-scale momentum into the international communication of ICH.

With ICH as the carrier, this forum not only carried forward the profound cultural friendship between China and Romania but also provided a vivid practice for global cultural mutual learning. In the future, Liu Shuang will continue to deepen her efforts in the field of international ICH communication, join hands with partners from all countries to make ICH a cross-border bond of civilization, and inject a steady stream of cultural strength into the building of a community with a shared future for mankind
