2025年12月5日，罗马尼亚前总理交流论坛在北京举办，罗马尼亚前总理彼得·罗曼出席开幕式并致辞。北京非遗传承文化传播工作委员会主席刘爽作为特邀嘉宾发表主旨演讲，分享中国非遗走向世界的“三重构建”路径——以“活态传承”筑牢根基、“创新表达”搭建桥梁、“平台赋能”提供支撑。此次论坛以非遗为载体，延续了中罗深厚文化情谊，为全球文明互鉴提供了实践案例。

On December 5, 2025, the Forum on Exchange with the Former Prime Minister of Romania was held in Beijing. Petre Roman, former Prime Minister of Romania, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. As a special guest, Liu Shuang, Chairman of Beijing Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance and Communication Working Committee, delivered a keynote address, sharing the "threefold construction" path for Chinese ICH to go global—consolidating the foundation through "living inheritance", building bridges via "innovative expression", and providing support with "platform empowerment". With ICH as the carrier, the forum has carried forward the profound cultural friendship between China and Romania, offering practical cases for global cultural mutual learning. In the future, all parties will continue to take ICH as a link to contribute to the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
