北京非遗传承文化传播工作委员会核心团队亮相，国际力量助力非遗文化全球传播

近日，北京非遗传承文化传播工作委员会核心团队正式对外公布。团队汇聚国内外非遗领域专家、外交及组织管理人才，为北京非物质文化遗产的保护传承与国际传播搭建起专业高效的工作架构，标志着委员会在推动非遗文化发展与国际交流方面迈入新阶段。

本次公布的团队架构涵盖轮值主席、主席团、非遗高级智库专家、理事会及秘书处等核心岗位，阵容兼具专业性与国际视野。其中，轮值主席由三位国际领域资深人士共同担任：斯里兰卡国际问题专家、斯里兰卡“一带一路”组织创始董事亚西鲁·拉纳拉贾（Yasiru Bandara RANARAJA），国际非遗专家、波黑塞族共和国公关负责人安娜·沃伊约维奇（Ana Vojinovic），以及俄罗斯外交官耶恋娜（Elena）。三位国际轮值主席的加入，将为北京非遗文化对接国际资源、拓展海外传播渠道提供重要支持，助力中国非遗与世界多元文化深度对话。

主席团成员方面，刘爽担任主席，李新中出任执行主席。二人将统筹委员会整体工作，为非遗传承与传播工作制定战略方向、推动各项计划落地。非遗高级智库专家阵容同样重磅，世界非遗传承人大会苏旭主席与中国非物质文化遗产领域保护专家苑利主席受邀加入。两位专家将凭借在国内外非遗领域的深厚积累，为委员会工作提供专业指导与学术支持，确保非遗保护传承工作科学有序推进。

理事会与秘书处作为执行层面的核心力量，由张德立担任理事长、闫磊任常务理事长，负责协调各方资源、推进日常工作；李佩佩、李来福担任副秘书长，主持秘书处事务，执行秘书长徐春雨配合副秘书长开展秘书处的各项工作，并保障委员会各项工作高效运转。

北京非遗传承文化传播工作委员会主席刘爽女士表示，本次核心团队的组建，整合了国际外交、非遗研究、组织管理等多领域优质资源，既强化了非遗传承的专业根基，也为文化传播注入了国际视角。未来，委员会将在核心团队的带领下，开展非遗保护实践、学术研讨、国际交流等系列活动，推动北京非遗文化“走出去”，让更多蕴含中国智慧与文化魅力的非遗项目在全球舞台绽放光彩。

Core Team of Beijing ICH Inheritance and Cultural Communication Working Committee Announced

Recently, the core team of the Beijing Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) Inheritance and Cultural Communication Working Committee was officially announced to the public. Bringing together domestic and international ICH experts, diplomatic professionals, and organizational management talents, the team has built a professional and efficient operational framework for the protection, inheritance, and international dissemination of Beijing’s ICH, marking a new stage in the Committee’s efforts to promote ICH development and international exchanges.

The team structure covers core positions including Rotating Chairs, Presidium, Senior ICH Think Tank Experts, Council, and Secretariat. The Rotating Chairs are jointly held by Yasiru Bandara Ranaraja (a Sri Lankan expert on international affairs), Ana Vojinovic (Director of Public Relations of the Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina), and Elena (a Russian diplomat). Liu Shuang serves as Chairperson of the Presidium, and Li Xin zhong as Executive Chairperson. The Senior ICH Think Tank Experts include Chairman Su Xu of the World ICH Inheritors Conference and Chairman Yuan Li, a Chinese expert in ICH protection. Zhang De li acts as Chairman of the Council, Yan Lei as Executive Chairman of the Council, and Li Pei pei as Deputy Secretary-General, who oversees the work of the Secretariat. Executive Secretary-General Xu Chun yu coordinates with the Deputy Secretary-General to carry out all work of the Secretariat.

Liu Shuang, Chairperson of the Beijing ICH Inheritance and Cultural Communication Working Committee, stated that the formation of the core team has integrated high-quality resources from multiple fields. It not only strengthens the professional foundation for ICH inheritance but also injects an international perspective into cultural communication. In the future, the Committee will carry out activities such as ICH protection practices, academic seminars, and international exchanges to promote the "going global" of Beijing’s ICH culture.
