任命公告 | 刘爽就任联合国教科文组织世界非物质文化遗产保护发展中心副秘书长

近日，联合国教科文组织旗下世界非物质文化遗产保护发展中心（CHPDC）正式任命刘爽女士为副秘书长，任命自2026年5月26日起生效，有效期一年。刘爽女士将承担会员管理、非遗传承人遴选认证、数字非遗入库、对外协调及文书签署等工作。本次任命将助力机构持续做好全球非物质文化遗产保护、传承与国际交流工作。

Official Announcement: Ms. Liu Shuang Appointed Deputy Secretary-General of CHPDC under UNESCO  Recently, the Centre de Protection et de Développement du Patrimoine Culturel Immatériel (CHPDC) affiliated with UNESCO has officially appointed Ms. Liu Shuang as Deputy Secretary-General. The appointment takes effect on May 26, 2026 and is valid for one year.   Ms. Liu Shuang will be responsible for membership management, selection and certification of intangible cultural heritage inheritors, data entry for the global digital intangible cultural heritage archive, external coordination and official document signing. This appointment will help the institution further advance the protection, inheritance and international exchanges of global intangible cultural heritage.
