刘爽出席外交官新春臻享文化盛典 共促非遗国际传播

北京讯 2026年1月30日,以"翰墨迎春·文化交融"为主题的外交官新春臻享文化盛典在京隆重举行。世界非遗国际传播大使、北京非遗传承文化传播工作委员会主席刘爽女士作为特邀贵宾出席活动,与各国驻华使节、国际组织代表及国家机关老干部代表共聚一堂,共话文化交流,共迎新春佳节。

本次盛典由国家机关老干部书法笔会与外交官文化交流平台联合主办,旨在通过书法艺术、非遗展示等中华优秀传统文化形式,搭建中外文化交流互鉴的桥梁。活动现场,刘爽女士与各国使节亲切交流,介绍了中国非物质文化遗产保护传承的最新成果,并就非遗文化的国际传播与推广进行了深入探讨。她表示,非遗是中华文明的重要载体,加强国际传播对于促进文明互鉴、增进民心相通具有重要意义。

在随后的文化体验环节,刘爽女士与中外嘉宾共同观摩了老干部书法家们的现场创作,欣赏了精美的非遗作品展示,并参与了互动交流。她表示,北京非遗传承文化传播工作委员会将继续发挥桥梁纽带作用,推动更多优秀非遗项目走向世界舞台,讲好中国故事,传播好中国声音。

Liu Shuang Attends Diplomat's Premium Cultural Grand Ceremony for Spring Festival, Promoting International Dissemination of Intangible Cultural Heritage

Beijing, January 30, 2026—The Diplomat's Premium Cultural Grand Ceremony for the Spring Festival, themed "Welcoming Spring with Ink and Brush, Blending Cultures," was recently held with great fanfare in Beijing. Ms. Liu Shuang, Ambassador for the International Dissemination of World Intangible Cultural Heritage and Chairperson of the Beijing Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance and Cultural Communication Committee, attended the event as a distinguished guest. She joined diplomatic envoys from various countries, representatives of international organizations, and veteran cadres of state organs to engage in cultural exchanges and celebrate the upcoming Spring Festival together.

The grand ceremony was jointly organized by the Calligraphy Pen Fair for Veteran Cadres of State Organs and the Diplomat Cultural Exchange Platform. It aimed to build a bridge for cultural exchange and mutual learning between China and other countries through the display of Chinese traditional arts such as calligraphy and intangible cultural heritage (ICH). At the event, Ms. Liu Shuang engaged in cordial discussions with diplomatic envoys from various countries, introducing the latest achievements in the protection and inheritance of China’s intangible cultural heritage. She also conducted in-depth exchanges on the international dissemination and promotion of ICH. She emphasized that intangible cultural heritage serves as a vital carrier of Chinese civilization, and strengthening its international dissemination is of great significance for promoting mutual learning among civilizations and enhancing people-to-people connectivity.

During the subsequent cultural experience session, Ms. Liu Shuang, along with domestic and international guests, observed live calligraphy demonstrations by veteran cadres, admired exquisite ICH displays, and participated in interactive exchanges. She stated that the Beijing Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance and Cultural Communication Committee will continue to serve as a bridge, promoting more outstanding ICH projects onto the global stage, telling China’s stories well, and sharing China’s voice effectively.

The event attracted participation from diplomatic envoys of over 30 countries, representatives of international organizations, and domestic cultural figures.
