世界非遗国际传播大使刘爽受邀出席2026年1月18日 “一带一路”国际品牌出海论坛暨驻华外交官文化友好之夜活动

2026年1月18日,第五届“一带一路”倡议国际品牌出海论坛暨驻华外交官文化友好之夜在北京成功举办。世界非遗国际传播大使、北京非遗传承文化传播工作委员会主席刘爽女士作为特邀嘉宾出席活动。

在VIP贵宾接待室,刘爽女士同与会各国驻华外交官进行了富有成效的交流。参与交流的包括:波斯尼亚和黑塞哥维那驻华大使H.E. Sinisa BERJAN,阿拉伯国家联盟驻华大使H.E. AHMED HAFEZ,安哥拉共和国驻华大使H.E. Dalva Allen,布隆迪共和国驻华大使H.E. TÉLESPHORE IRAMBONA,中非共和国驻华大使H.E. Wilfrid Emery PERKS-BUNAIBA,洪都拉斯共和国驻华大使馆大使衔公使Melvin Redondo,中非共和国驻华大使馆行政参赞Dackobo Blanche,巴基斯坦驻华大使馆科技参赞Khan Muhammad,马里共和国驻华大使馆财政参赞Malick Diarra,土耳其共和国驻华大使馆教育参赞Huseyin Gümüş,塞内加尔共和国驻华大使馆参赞Abou Niang,罗马尼亚共和国驻华大使馆文化中心主任Liviu Taranu,利比里亚共和国驻华大使馆一等秘书兼副领事Kate C. 各方围绕“一带一路”倡议框架下的文化交流与务实合作展开深入对话,就中国非物质文化遗产的国际传播、文明互鉴与民心相通等议题交换了建设性意见。会后,与会嘉宾合影留念。

此次活动深化了中国与“一带一路”共建国家在人文领域的相互理解,为促进文化领域的国际交流与合作注入了新动力,是推动共建人类命运共同体的生动实践。

Ms. Liu Shuang Engages in Cultural Dialogue with Diplomatic Envoys from Around the World

Ms. Liu Shuang, Chairman of the Beijing Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance and Culture Communication Working Committee (BICHICWC), gathered with diplomatic envoys, counsellors and diplomats from various countries at the forum. They conducted in-depth exchanges on the inheritance and international communication of intangible cultural heritage and took a group photo to commemorate the occasion.

The forum welcomed a distinguished lineup of foreign guests, including H.E. Sinisa BERJAN, Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to China; H.E. AHMED HAFEZ, Ambassador of the League of Arab States to China; H.E. Dalva Allen, Ambassador of the Republic of Angola to China; H.E. TÉLESPHORE IRAMBONA, Ambassador of the Republic of Burundi to China; and H.E. Wilfrid Emery PERKS-BUNAIBA, Ambassador of the Central African Republic to China.

Also in attendance were diplomatic representatives such as Melvin Redondo, Minister Plenipotentiary of the Embassy of the Republic of Honduras in China; Dackobo Blanche, Administrative Counsellor of the Embassy of the Central African Republic in China; Khan Muhammad, Science and Technology Counsellor of the Embassy of Pakistan in China; Malick Diarra, Financial Counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of Mali in China; Huseyin Gum’s, Education Counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in China; and Abou Niang, Counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of Senegal in China. Other participants included Liviu Taranu, Director of the Cultural Centre of the Embassy of Romania in China; Kate C. Morris, First Secretary and Vice Consul of the Embassy of the Republic of Liberia in China; Parbatei Aryal, Economic Minister of the Embassy of Nepal in China; Ms. Isabela Castro, First Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Honduras in China; Prof. Mustafa Can Koc, Professor at Turkey's Gelisim University; Prof. Erkan Guven, Professor at Iğdır University; and Eu sou Mac, representative of the Republic of Mozambique. All guests joined hands to promote cultural exchanges at this forum.
