中孟文明对话 非遗出海添力——刘爽会长与孟加拉参赞共探文化合作新路径

第四届“一带一路·国际出海合作论坛”（北京站）举办期间，世界非遗国际传播大使、北京非遗传承文化传播工作委员会会长刘爽女士，与孟加拉人民共和国驻华使馆参赞，在“大使会客厅——产业出海大使面对面”核心环节展开深度交流，围绕中孟非遗文化保护传承、国际传播及文旅产业融合等议题交换见解，并合影留念，为“一带一路”框架下中孟文明互鉴注入新活力。

交流中，孟加拉参赞对中国非遗文化的独特魅力与国际传播成果给予高度评价。他表示，孟加拉国拥有丰富的传统纺织、民俗艺术等非遗资源，与中国在非遗保护、产业开发领域合作空间广阔，期待以本次论坛为契机，借助“一带一路”合作平台，深化两国在非遗国际推广、文旅项目对接等领域的务实合作，促进文化资源双向流通，增进民心相通。

刘爽会长分享了北京非遗传承文化传播工作委员会推动非遗“出海”的实践经验，重点介绍了非遗技艺市场化、国际交流活动策划等成功案例，并提出“以非遗为纽带搭建中孟文化产业合作桥梁”的构想，得到孟加拉参赞的积极响应。双方就联合举办中孟非遗交流展、开展传承人互访等合作方向达成初步共识，为后续合作奠定坚实基础。

此次互动是中孟文化交流的生动缩影，彰显了“一带一路”倡议对文明互鉴的推动作用。未来，刘爽会长将带领委员会拓展与孟加拉国等南亚国家的文化合作渠道，推动中华优秀非遗技艺走进孟加拉，同时引入当地特色文化资源，构建双向赋能、共赢发展的中孟文化交流新格局。

Ms. Liu Shuang Explores New Cultural Cooperation Paths with Bangladeshi Counselor

During the 4th Belt and Road International Going-Global Cooperation Forum (Beijing Session), Ms. Liu Shuang, World Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) International Communication Ambassador and President of Beijing Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance and Communication Working Committee, held in-depth exchanges with the Counselor of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh in China at the core session "Ambassador's Living Room – Face-to-Face with Going-Global Industry Ambassadors". The two sides exchanged views on issues such as the protection and inheritance of China-Bangladesh ICH, international communication, and the integration of cultural and tourism industries, and took a group photo, injecting new vitality into the mutual learning between Chinese and Bangladeshi civilizations under the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) framework.

During the exchange, the Bangladeshi Counselor spoke highly of the unique charm of Chinese ICH and its international communication achievements. He noted that Bangladesh is rich in ICH resources such as traditional textiles and folk art, and has broad cooperation space with China in ICH protection and industrial development. He expressed the expectation to take this forum as an opportunity, leverage the BRI cooperation platform, deepen practical cooperation between the two countries in areas such as ICH international promotion and cultural-tourism project docking, promote two-way circulation of cultural resources, and enhance people-to-people bonds.

President Liu Shuang shared the practical experience of Beijing Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance and Communication Working Committee in promoting the "going global" of ICH, focusing on successful cases in the marketization of ICH skills and the planning of international exchange activities. She also proposed the concept of "building a bridge for China-Bangladesh cultural industry cooperation with ICH as a link", which received a positive response from the Bangladeshi Counselor. The two sides reached initial consensus on cooperation directions including co-hosting China-Bangladesh ICH exchange exhibitions and conducting mutual visits of ICH inheritors, laying a solid foundation for subsequent cooperation.

This interaction is a vivid epitome of China-Bangladesh cultural exchanges, highlighting the role of the BRI in promoting mutual learning among civilizations. Looking ahead, President Liu Shuang will lead the committee to expand cultural cooperation channels with Bangladesh and other South Asian countries, promote more excellent Chinese ICH skills to enter Bangladesh, and at the same time introduce local characteristic cultural resources, constructing a new pattern of China-Bangladesh cultural exchanges featuring two-way empowerment and win-win development.
