巴基斯坦国际非遗专家、中巴商会主席Malik·侯成先生，出任北京非遗传承文化传播工作委员会轮值主席

近日，北京非遗传承文化传播工作委员会（ Beijing Working Committee for the Inheritance and Dissemination of Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH)）正式宣布，聘任巴基斯坦国际非遗专家、中巴商务主席Malik·侯成担任轮值主席，任期自2025年10月11日起至2026年10月11日，为期一年。

作为国际非遗领域的资深专家与中巴商务交流的重要推动者，Malik·侯成长期深耕非遗保护与跨国文化交流领域，对非遗的活态传承与国际传播有着深刻理解。此前，他曾以中巴商会合作中心主席身份参与多项国际文化交流活动，为推动不同文明间的非遗对话积累了丰富经验。

北京非遗传承文化传播工作委员会表示，此次聘任旨在依托Malik·侯成的国际视野与专业背景，进一步搭建中巴非遗交流桥梁，助力北京非遗走出国门、融入全球非遗保护体系。这一举措呼应了非遗保护"植根中国，融通世界"的双重视野要求，通过引入国际专家力量，为北京非遗保护注入多元思路与合作动能。

Malik·侯成在任职表态中提及，中巴两国均拥有深厚的非遗底蕴，未来将充分发挥自身桥梁作用，推动双方在非遗数字化保护、传承人交流、文创产业合作等领域的务实合作，让非遗成为增进中巴民心相通的重要纽带。这与巴基斯坦国家民俗与传统遗产研究所期待的中巴非遗数字化合作方向高度契合。

Malik Hou Cheng, a Pakistani international expert on Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) and Chairman of China-Pakistan Business Council, has been officially appointed as the Rotating Chairman of the Beijing Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance and Cultural Dissemination Working Committee, with a term from October 11, 2025 to October 11, 2026.

Malik Hou Cheng has rich experience in cross-border ICH protection and cultural exchanges. The appointment aims to leverage his international perspective to build a bridge for China-Pakistan ICH cooperation and help Beijing's ICH go global. He also stated that he will promote practical cooperation between the two sides in areas such as digital protection of ICH and exchanges among inheritors. Industry insiders believe this move will inject new impetus into the international communication of Beijing's ICH and global ICH protection.
