管中军   ，警察，中共党员。住河南省驻马店市泌阳县。爱好读书，写诗词。作品散见于中诗网、中诗刊、文林书评、流芳中国、奔月诗文杂志、超然台上诗选、中华头条、北京头条、百度、搜狐、网易、今日头条等媒体平台，共计三百余首。在2021年全国《东方文艺杯》诗词评选大赛中获得一等奖，在全国第三届李白杯南京诗会获得李白杯诗人节奖章，在2021中国百年魅力诗人大赛中获得百年魅力诗歌奖，在2021鲁迅文学杯全国文化精英大赛中获得金奖，在2023“华夏杯”中华文学大赛中获得最佳诗人奖。在第八届中国传统文化传承与发展大会中被评为2023文化自信年度人物。在2023《中国梦.家国情》全国诗.文.书.诵大赛中获得铜奖。2024“万松文学奖”全国诗词大赛荣获一等奖。2024年11月荣获首届国粹文化金马奖。2024年两会一网(中国微信作家协会、九州文学会、经典文坛网)九州文学会“秋之情·九州韵”全国大赛作品展示(三)荣获:银奖，现为《文林书评》特聘作家、《半朵中文网》专栏作家、中国通俗文艺研究会理事、书籍《世界诗歌作家选集》旗下七大平台名誉诗词总顾问。
