郭银峰,1949 年生于甘肃庆阳。1968 年参军,先后在西藏军区、成都军区、解放军西安第二炮兵工程学院、解放军西安政治学院工作,正团职,上校军衔。1994 年转业后供职于陕西省人大办公厅,任厅级巡视员。郭银峰作品油画《放学以后》获 1988 年全国书画展一等奖。国画《黄河颂歌》获 2002 年韩国国际书画大赛最高奖“国际功勋奖”。国画《梅花寒香图》2009 年获全国国画展一等奖。国画《我的同学》获 2010 年全国第十四届大地之歌书画展一等奖。2011年在北京人民大会堂举办书画作品展暨高层艺术研讨会。2012 年,郭银峰在法国卢浮宫举办书画展,受到国际友人高度评价。现为亚洲书画家协会副主席,胡润国际书画艺术鉴定中心副主席,全国书画艺术委员会副主席,中央美院客座教授,中国国家高级美术师,国家特级书法师,西北书画研究院院长,英国牛津艺术学院客座教授博士生导师,陕西省人民政府参事室文史馆研究员,亚洲博鳌艺术中心研究员。2021 年分别被授予“祖国优秀艺术家”“书画艺术楷模”建党一百年被授予“德艺双馨人民艺术家”荣誉称号,“世界文化艺术形象大师”“中国国家艺术形象代表人物”“中国功勋人物”等荣誉称号。2022 年被特邀成为沈鹏书法艺术工作室专家组高级理事。重点推荐为“中国艺术大家”“人民书画家”“华夏儿女优秀艺术传承之星”“党旗下的艺术大家”称号。授予郭银峰“2023年度全球十大杰出风云人物”,“中国艺坛2023年度优秀艺术家”,“威尼斯双年展——特别推荐艺术家”,文化和旅游部授予“优秀书画导师”,“中国当代世界级艺术家”,“一带一路文化形象大使”“中国国礼特供艺术家”。2024年入编大红袍合集书。
Guo Yinfeng was born in Qingyang, Gansu in 1949. He joined the army in 1968 and successively worked in the Xizang Military Region, the Chengdu Military Region, the Second Artillery Engineering College of the People's Liberation Army, and the Xi'an Political College of the People's Liberation Army. After changing jobs in 1994, he worked at the Office of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress as a department level inspector. Guo Yinfeng's oil painting "After School" won the first prize at the 1988 National Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition. The traditional Chinese painting 'Ode to the Yellow River' won the highest award of the 2002 Korean International Painting and Calligraphy Competition, the 'International Merit Award'. The traditional Chinese painting "Cold Fragrance of Plum Blossoms" won the first prize at the National Chinese Painting Exhibition in 2009. The traditional Chinese painting 'My Classmate' won the first prize at the 14th National Land Song Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition in 2010. In 2011, a calligraphy and painting exhibition and high-level art seminar were held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. In 2012, Guo Yinfeng held a calligraphy and painting exhibition at the Louvre Museum in France, which was highly praised by international friends. I am currently the Vice Chairman of the Asian Calligraphers and Painters Association, Vice Chairman of the Hurun International Calligraphers and Painters Art Appraisal Center, Vice Chairman of the National Calligraphers and Painters Art Committee, Visiting Professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, National Senior Artist of China, National Special Grade Calligraphy and Painting Master, Dean of the Northwest Calligraphers and Painters Research Institute, Visiting Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the Oxford School of Art in the UK, Researcher at the Cultural and Historical Museum of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government Counselor's Office, and Researcher at the Boao Art. In 2021, he was awarded the titles of "Excellent Artist of the Motherland" and "Model of Calligraphy and Painting Art" respectively. In the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, he was awarded the honorary title of "People's Artist of Virtue and Art", as well as the titles of "Master of World Cultural and Artistic Images", "Representative Figure of China's National Art Image", and "Meritorious Figure of China". In 2022, I was specially invited to become a senior director of the expert group of Shen Peng Calligraphy Art Studio. Highly recommended for titles such as "Chinese Art Master", "People's Calligrapher and Painter", "Outstanding Art Inheritance Star of the Chinese People", and "Art Master under the Party". Guo Yinfeng was awarded "Top Ten Outstanding Artists in the World in 2023", "Outstanding Artists in Chinese Art Circles in 2023", "Venice Biennale - Specially Recommended Artists", "Excellent Calligraphy and Painting Tutor", "Chinese Contemporary World Class Artists", "Cultural Image Ambassador along the the Belt and Road" and "Chinese Artists for National Rites" by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. In 2024, it will be included in the compilation book of Da Hong Pao.
