赵子申,号伏虎斋主,1950 年生,中共党员，2004年毕业于中国书画函授大学,2012年毕业于中央民族大学中国美术家协会培训中心高研班。师从著名书画家教授丁雪峰,赵振刚、翟柏茹先生,作品曾在美国、韩国、意大利、马来西亚、加拿大、中国台湾、中国香港、新加坡等地参加展出并获奖。

2008 年 8月创作的《五虎逐日图》献给北京奥运组委会,在参加迎奥运书画大展中荣获“优秀奖”,作品已被奥运组委会收藏。2009 年 3 月 28 日受中国文化部特邀在北京伊朗驻华大使馆参加中伊文化交流大会,国画作品《虎啸神州》获得伊朗文化部长高度评价,并荣获共和国杰出书画家荣誉称号、感动中国文化人物称号。2013 年 10 月 13 日作品在中国书画名家中韩园博国际交流展中被评为“金奖”,并在韩国展出。2014 年元月 17 日作品在第五届海峡两岸书画艺术交流大展中被评为“金奖”,并在台北艺术文创中心展出，荣获世界公益文化艺术和平和谐大使荣誉称号。2016 年作品《月色苍茫》在迎神十一载人航天飞行成功中国当代书画名家精品展全国大赛中,荣获“金奖”,作品入编“飞天梦、强国梦、中国梦”中国当代书画名家精品大典作品集,并授予中国载人航天艺术成就杰出贡献艺术家荣誉称号。

2016 年 4 月 30 日,受中央电视台 CCTV 瞭望天下第二届劳动最光荣文化联谊表彰大会中荣获“德艺双馨书画艺术家”称号。

九洲枫林国际书画艺术研究院于2024年9月23日在江西庐山隆重庆祝建国七十五周年大型书画展。作品:皓月伴君行:被评选为金奖。

现为中国十大画虎名家,中国新时代国际艺术大家，北京大学书画艺术研究院客座教授，北京林都书画研究院常务理事，中国美术家协会会员,国家一级美术师,中国人民艺术家协会会员,河南省美术家协会会员,中国国家书画院副院长,香港中国书法家协会理事，经文化部文化市场发展中心艺术品评估委员会严格审核,国画类作品市场价格为 50000 元/平方尺。

Zhao Zishen, also known as Fuhuzhai Zhu, was born in 1950 and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He graduated from the Correspondence University of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy in 2004 and the Advanced Study Class of the Training Center of the China Artists Association at the Central University for Nationalities in 2012. Studied by famous calligrapher and painter professor Ding Xuefeng, Zhao Zhengang and Zhai Beru, his works have been exhibited in the United States, South Korea, Italy, Malaysia, Canada, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and other places and won prizes.

The painting "Five Tigers Day by Day" created in August 2008 was presented to the Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee and won the "Excellence Award" at the Olympic Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition. The work has been collected by the Olympic Organizing Committee. On March 28, 2009, he was invited by the Chinese Ministry of Culture to participate in the China Iran Cultural Exchange Conference at the Iranian Embassy in Beijing. His Chinese painting work "Roaring Tiger in China" was highly praised by the Iranian Minister of Culture and was awarded the title of Outstanding Calligrapher and Painter of the Republic and the title of Touching Chinese Cultural Figure. On October 13, 2013, the work was awarded the "Gold Award" at the China Korea Garden Expo International Exchange Exhibition by Chinese calligraphy and painting masters and exhibited in South Korea. On January 17, 2014, the work was awarded the "Gold Award" at the 5th Cross Strait Calligraphy and Painting Art Exchange Exhibition and exhibited at the Taipei Arts and Cultural Creative Center, receiving the honorary title of World Public Welfare Cultural and Artistic Peace and Harmony Ambassador. In 2016, the work "Moonlight Vast" won the "Gold Award" at the National Exhibition of Chinese Contemporary Painting and Calligraphy Masters' Fine Works in the Successful Manned Space Flight on the 11th of the lunar calendar. The work was included in the "Flying Dream, Strong Country Dream, Chinese Dream" Chinese Contemporary Painting and Calligraphy Masters' Fine Works Collection and awarded the honorary title of Outstanding Contribution Artist to China's Manned Space Art Achievements.

On April 30, 2016, he was awarded the title of "German and Artistic Calligraphy and Painting Artist" at the 2nd Labor Most Glorious Cultural Friendship Commendation Conference of CCTV Outlook.

The Jiuzhou Fenglin International Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Institute held a large-scale calligraphy and painting exhibition on September 23, 2024, in Lushan, Jiangxi to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Currently, he is one of the top ten famous painters in China, a major international artist in the new era of China, a visiting professor of the Peking University Painting and Calligraphy Art Research Institute, a standing director of Beijing Lindu Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a national first-class artist, a member of the Chinese People's Artists Association, a member of the Henan Artists Association, a vice president of the Chinese National Painting and Calligraphy Academy, and a director of the Hong Kong Chinese Calligraphers Association. After strict review by the Artwork Evaluation Committee of the Cultural Market Development Center of the Ministry of Culture, the market price of traditional Chinese paintings is 50000 yuan/square foot.
