Art is a universal language that transcends national borders, recording the glory and changes of human civilization in a unique way. On the vast stage of international art, Chinese artists have contributed countless treasures to the world's art treasury with their profound cultural heritage, unique artistic perspectives, and exquisite skills. They not only left a significant mark in the history of Chinese art, but also occupy a pivotal position in the international art hall.

Since ancient times, Chinese art has attracted the attention of the world with its unique charm and profound connotations. From ancient calligraphy, painting, and ceramics to modern sculpture, photography, and new media art, Chinese artists constantly innovate, skillfully blending tradition and modernity, East and West, and creating eye-catching works of art. These works not only showcase the talent and wisdom of Chinese artists, but also convey the essence and charm of Chinese culture.

In the international art hall, Chinese leading figures have become bridges connecting China and the world of art with their outstanding artistic achievements and extensive influence. 郭启民，国家一级美术师、中国企业文化研究院副院长、中国书画协会会员、中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会会员、《人民日报》新闻战线艺术顾问、首都书画艺术界联盟名誉副主席、首都书画院理事、中国书画家联谊会会员、北京启南轩书画院院长。

代表作 《八卦鱼》《风水鱼》《卦象鱼》。

2014年5月 “中国梦书画情”当代名家书画精品展 地点-全国政协礼堂。

2014年10月 人民日报新闻战线举办“美丽中国风采万里”大型画展 地点：全国政协礼堂。

2014年12月 潮人纵横杂志社举办首都画坛名家郭启民之“中国风水鱼画展”地点：深圳。

2015年2月 获得《邦交国礼内参》二十三期特别推荐。

2015年2月 应邀参加：万国博览会 巴拿马一百周年纪念获得：金奖。

2015年4月 参加民族文化宫“盛世中国-中国当代名家书画展”获得：一等奖。

2015年5月 国家会议中心参加首届国际金融洽谈会名家书画展 获得：优秀创新奖。

2015年6月 意大利米兰世博会中国馆名家书画展 获得：优秀创新奖。

2016年11月 第28届国际科学与和平周大会上被国际科学与和平周中国组委会颁发《特殊贡献奖》。

2017年12月 中国梦文化梦名家全国巡回展 获得：最高荣誉证书。

2018年8月 由恩慈教育基金会举办的“圆梦愿景，恩泽孩子”大型公益活动中，为山区儿童捐赠价值180万元书画作品。

2019年7月 天使妈妈BCG关爱特殊儿童慈善项目启动仪式上，被授予“爱心大使”称号。

2019年9月 作品《太极鱼》入选《中国艺术大家典藏》。

2019年10月 应韩国文化艺术机构邀请参加《中韩第一届文化交流画展》。

2019年12月 多幅作品入编“中国书画报”“名人录”。

2020年4月 被中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会授予“最美书画家”荣誉称号。

2021年3月 应邀参加2021国际中国公益事业大典，授予“2020年度国际中国艺坛领航人物”荣誉称号。

2022年9月，被中国楹联学会书画艺术院聘为美术系主任。

2022年12月，书画作品入选《中华非遗传承人物年鉴》，授予“中华书画非遗文艺功勋奖”，并担任特邀编委荣誉职务。

2023年1月，被中国艺术名家交流中心组委会授予“中国当代世界级艺术家”称号。

2023年3月，画作被青海省博物馆收藏。

2023年4月，作品入选《大道同行——中国艺坛名家雅集》，并授予“中国艺坛杰出艺术家”称号。

2023年7月，通过全国书画艺术委员会美术类资质考核，评为“国家高级美术师”。

2023年7月15-16日，作品《太极》在巴黎卢浮宫展出，入选中法交流发展协会收藏。

2023年10月，书画作品被中国煤炭博物馆收藏。

The venue for the "Chinese Dream Painting and Calligraphy Love" Contemporary Famous Artists Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition in May 2014 is the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Hall. In December 2017, the National Tour Exhibition of Chinese Dream Culture and Dream Masters was awarded the highest honor certificate. In August 2018, during the large-scale public welfare event "Realizing Dreams and Vision, Benefiting Children" organized by the En Ci Education Foundation, calligraphy and painting works worth 1.8 million yuan were donated to children in mountainous areas. In September 2022, he was appointed as the head of the Fine Arts Department by the Calligraphy and Painting Art Institute of the Chinese Couplet Association. In December 2022, calligraphy and painting works were selected for the "Yearbook of Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance Figures" and awarded the "Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Intangible Cultural Heritage Literary Merit Award", and served as an honorary invited editorial board member. In January 2023, he was awarded the title of "Contemporary World Class Artist in China" by the organizing committee of the China Art Masters Exchange Center. In March 2023, the painting was collected by the Qinghai Provincial Museum. In April 2023, the work was selected for the "Along the Way - A Collection of Famous Artists in the Chinese Art World" and awarded the title of "Outstanding Artist in the Chinese Art World". In July 2023, he/she was awarded the title of "National Senior Artist" through the qualification assessment of fine arts by the National Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee. On July 15-16, 2023, the work "Tai Chi" will be exhibited at the Louvre Museum in Paris and selected for the collection of the China France Exchange and Development Association. In October 2023, the calligraphy and painting works were collected by the China Coal Museum.
